Journalist Lisa Ling to Speak at Holocaust Museum Benefit

Journalist/human rights activist Lisa Ling will be the keynote speaker at the Museum’s annual benefit, To Life:  Shining Light on a Better World, on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 6 pm.  For the first time, the event will be at the Progress Energy Center for the Arts – The Mahaffey Theater, St. Petersburg. 

The To Life event will have a new format that includes cocktails, Dinner-by-the-Bite, a silent auction offering luxury travel packages, dining opportunities and merchandise and a chance drawing for a prestigious Mediterranean cruise for two.  Entertainment during the dinner hour will be provided by the Mitchell Lowenstein Trio.

Following dinner, attendees will be seated in the auditorium to hear Lisa Ling speak on human rights.

The evening concludes with a dessert bar and coffee.
